Lets Make It Free To Repair!
This year we have decided to try a new initiative on our website. This is aimed purely at customers who want to repair their hair straighteners but are worried about the cost and that they do not have the skills to fix them. Here at SIRIUSHAIR we have compiled a large inventory of spare parts to enable customers to repair both Cloud Nine and GHD hair straighteners, however as people purchase parts, stocks diminish, especially items like straightener arms or primary control boards.
We want more people to repair as it saves them money and even more importantly helps the environment by preventing electrical waste.
With this ethos we have decided to encourage people to attempt a repair by making it free!
Obviously this is not how business works, we sell and manufacture parts so how can this initiative be sustainable?
If you are one of our many customers who have concerns about repairing there hair straighteners this is the answer.
- Purchase our repair parts from our website for your hair straightener.
- Carry out the repair to the best of your ability.
- If you repair the hair straightener well done, you will feel proud of your accomplishment, tell others and have confidence to move onto repairing other items for friends and family. The environment will benefit from your actions, you have saved money and we have sold the parts to help you which helps us.
- If the repair fails....
- You find you do not have the skills to repair the hair straightener, become frustrated, damage the parts purchased, another part has failed and you can not afford to continue repairing it, this is what we have decided.
- To repair rather than buy new is the way forward and so with every repair part purchased we enclose a tracked 48hr free returns label and a returns form. Simply put your hair straightener and parts in some recycled packaging, no need to reassemble, complete the form, attach label, and drop off at the post office.
- Once the hair straightener arrives we will refund in full for the parts purchased.....no questions just a full refund, we promise.
- The reason is simple....the faulty hairstraightener has parts which other customers need, so it will be broken down for parts to enable someone else to try to repair.....and of course you will feel the repair attempt was not in vain and tell others.
