Since you have visited our website you either have a faulty GHD or Cloud Nine Hair Straightener which is either broken, damaged, in need of repair or displaying the Red Light Of Death.
SIRIUSHAIR has a repair and recycling ethos as well as being environmentally friendly.
So if you feel that carrying out a repair to your GHD hair straightener is intimidating or lack the tools to fix your hair straightener do not worry, you can still do the right thing, by having our team repair it for you.
For a fixed price of £34.99 which includes:
- Our posting of transit envelope, instruction form and free post 48hr return label.
- Labour costs to fix the GHD hair straightener.
- All electrical components required to repair the hair straightener including if necessary power cables and plugs.
- Temperature testing of your hair straightener using high end monitoring system.
- Safety testing.
- Thermal paste and conductive grease applied as necessary.
- Insured return by 48hr tracked Royal Mail post.
- 6 Month warranty....if the GHD hair straightener fails to operate during this warranty simply return for repair.
We do not repair the:

We only return the hair straightener in operational condition, we do not replace damage or cracked plastic casings, scratched heater plates or missing hinge caps, however if you do require these items we can check availability and price and email a quote when the hair straightener arrives, just add the information to the form we send.
- In the unlikely event we can not repair we will return the GHD Hair Straightener at our expense and issue a full refund.
- PLEASE ensure you check your GHD is genuine, there are lots of counterfeits available, if unsure google the sentence "Counterfeit GHD" to learn how to identify them, if we receive one we can not repair as they are dangerous and illegal and so we would need to return at your expense or dispose of as electrical waste.
- Simply purchase this service and we will send the information and envelope, then wrap the hair straightener in recycled packing such as newspaper and take to the post office.
