- Description
- Please ensure you are suitably qualified and equipped to carry out electrical repairs.
- The model number of your GHD® hair straightener is found on the identification label on the non switch side arm of the GHD.
- Used original GHD ceramic heater elements are removed from working appliances, cleaned and tested before dispatch, however being used they will have signs of use and residual thermal paste.
- Original GHD size and connection eyelets for correct fit.
- Ceramic heaters are ALL tested before dispatch and used items security marked.
- Once a ceramic heater has been received please ensure you have tested it is operational yourself with a multimeter, before fitment.
- If the heater has been fitted you have indicated it was not faulty upon arrival.
- Failed heaters after fitment indicate another fault with the GHD such as capacitor, resistor, thermistor or the PCB and are not a fault of the heater which was operational before fitting.
- All heaters which have been fitted, both new and used original, can only be refunded to 50% of its purchase price.
- These are the ceramic heaters only..... they do not have thermistors or fuses attached, if this type of heater is required please look at our other ceramic heater elements.
- TUV / CE Certified UK RoHS compliant.
- PLEASE ensure after carrying out any repair to a GHD you leave for 30 minutes before use to ensure the temperature has settled and the safety cut out feature activates correctly.
