- New Cloud Nine heaters are from the UNIL factory in Korea producers of the C9 salon hair equipment and are designed to ensure correct operation and temperature coefficients unlike non original elements.
- You are purchasing a 161 ohm heater, you must replace heaters in the faulty hair straightener with the exact same ohms even if only one is damaged, if both are not the same ohms the C9® will fail to heat correctly and in some circumstances the heater will be irrevocably damaged.
- You may need to make slight adjustments to the temperature regulator on the Primary Control Board.
