With this in mind we need faulty Cloud Nine hair straighteners so we can break them for parts, we source currently from hair salons and waste recycling organisations, but obviously some parts are in higher demand than others, so we decided to help the amateur repairer.

When you purchase a repair part you can rest assured that your repair attempt will not cost you anything except your time, if you commence the repair and find you do not have the skills or patience, the component does not rectify the fault, the part is damaged in the repair process, or you simply find that with your best of intentions you are unable to fix your hair straightener we will help.
- Included with all our parts will be a prepaid return label and information sheet.
- Put your faulty, damaged, hair straightener and all parts in some recycled packaging, no need to put back together, complete the form, and attach the postage label, drop in a post box or take to the post office.
- Once the parts and straightener arrive we will refund in full for the parts used and then recycle the hair straightener for parts so someone else can attempt a repair.
