- New SIRIUSHAIR® compatible 229 degree thermal fuses are direct replacements for the original GHD PEPI H1 Fuse, these are the latest version, after earlier soldered versions were found to fail early due to heat fatigue, these have aluminium adapted thermal composite cases for effective heat distribution, and redesigned connections that do not require soldering.
- Both New and Used original GHD fuses will need attaching with a high temperature silicone adhesive (not supplied) such as gasket sealer or Silcoset 151.
- Compatible with all colours and versions of GHD Platinum + S8T262 (For identification of your model version please look at the label on the non-switch inside arm of the hair straightener). This fuse does not fit the Platinum S8T261.
- GHD® used thermal fuses are removed from working appliances, tested, and security marked but will have signs of thermal paste remaining.
- Heaters are not supplied they are simply to show the positioning of the thermal fuses.
