Important Note – C9 Touch Models
Cloud Nine Touch models use a different cable design compared to standard models.
These feature a 360-degree ball swivel connection, which requires:
- The small internal spring
- The internal metal rod
These components must be retained from your original cable, as the replacement will not function without them.
