My name is Kyle, and I have been repairing and restoring hair appliances in South Africa since 2010.

Operating from our original workshop, SIRIUSHAIR SA has grown into a trusted repair centre specialising in high-end hair styling appliances. We have expanded our services to supply parts directly to customers through our website, making repairs more accessible across South Africa.

In 2026, SIRIUSHAIR SA formed a strategic partnership with SIRIUSHAIR UK, one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of components for GHD and Cloud Nine appliances.

This partnership gives us direct access to a large inventory of professional-grade parts, ensuring:

• Regular stock shipments to South Africa
• Faster turnaround times for repairs

We use the same components in our repair centre that we supply to customers—ensuring consistency, quality, and performance.

We specialise in the repair of GHD and Cloud Nine hair straighteners, with services starting from R700.

We also repair other leading brands, including:

• Glampalm
• BHE
• Corioliss
• Elchim

If you have a different brand, feel free to contact us—our combined expertise in South Africa and the UK allows us to assess a wide range of repair possibilities.

Currently we do NOT repair the GHD Eclipse 6.0 or the Platinum S8T261 however for the Platinum we are working on a solution and once available it will be listed on our website.

While You Wait Repair Service

Thanks to our extensive parts inventory, we offer a convenient on-site repair service for GHD and Cloud Nine straighteners.

Simply drop off your appliance and collect it once the repair is complete.

Transparent & Fair Pricing

We are committed to honesty and transparency.

• If you choose not to proceed with a repair, only a small diagnostic fee may apply
• This fee is waived if you purchase parts from us and complete the repair yourself
• The diagnostic fee is also waived if you proceed with the repair through us

We actively support customers who want to repair their own appliances—it benefits both the customer and the environment.

3-Month Repair Warranty

All repairs carried out by SIRIUSHAIR SA include a 3 month warranty for peace of mind.

This covers:

• Component failure during normal use
• Replacement of faulty parts within the warranty period

Exclusions:

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, chips, casing damage)
• Heater plate damage not related to repair workmanship

Hair Dryer Repairs & Servicing

We also offer professional repair services for a wide range of hair dryers, including:

• GHD
• Parlux
• Other leading brands (subject to parts availability)

Collection & Delivery

For added convenience, we can arrange collection and delivery of your appliance by prior arrangement (terms and conditions apply).

Delivery to ourselves is at your expense and we would Highly Recommend the Courier Guys for ease of use and professionalism, we use the Courier Guy to return your working appliance which is included in the repair cost.
