    Recommended Repair Configuration

    For most repairs, SIRIUSHAIR® strongly recommends replacing both the PCB and heater elements together.

    The SIRIUSHAIR® PCB has been programmed specifically to operate with SIRIUSHAIR® matched heater systems.

    Reusing original heater elements may result in incorrect operating temperatures, reduced performance, or failure of the repair.


    Returns Policy

    Due to the nature of electronic repair components, returns can only be accepted for products that remain unused, undamaged and in fully working condition.

    Returns cannot be accepted for:

    • Components damaged during installation

    • Components damaged by faulty appliances

    • Components damaged through incorrect wiring

    • Components damaged by incorrect fault diagnosis

    • Components showing signs of fitting or use

    By purchasing these components, customers acknowledge that incorrect installation may permanently damage the supplied parts.


    PCB Recycling Programme

    To help maintain affordable pricing and reduce electronic waste, customers purchasing a SIRIUSHAIR® PCB agree to return their faulty PCB using the supplied Courier Guy returns label.

    Returned PCBs are sent back to our UK technical centre where they are:

    • Tested

    • Repaired where possible

    • Reprogrammed

    • Returned to stock for future refurbishment

    This recycling initiative helps reduce electronic waste, prevent landfill disposal, maintain future component availability and keep repair costs as low as possible.


    Stock Availability

    These specialist repair components are manufactured exclusively for SIRIUSHAIR®.

    Stock levels may occasionally be limited due to international shipping schedules.

    If stock is temporarily unavailable, back orders may be placed and fulfilled from our regular shipments received from our UK sister company.
